Some companies like to to award their employees’ holiday in a pro-rated fashion. E.g. employees earn 0.07 days of holiday for each day worked.
LeaveBooker currently stores a fixed value for allowances, so unless you update these manually (which is obviously quite laborious), it doesn’t support this….
HOWEVER, we are a short way away from launching LeaveBooker’s “accrual manager” which will allow employees to accrue leave (of any type) according to a formula you specify! So watch this space….
